We have several pending projects to work on. New access system was installed recently. If you haven't change your keyfob please come by the office during working hours to exchange the old fobs for new. You can, as owner, register your fingerprint to access the premises instead of using your key. On June 24 and 25 cleaning of the rain and sanitary pipes will take place. This is a preventive annual work to avoid clogging of the pipes that result in apartments flooding. On July 2025 facade repairs and building painting will start
and will last around 7 to 8 months. There will be inconveniences like
vehicles movements and workers entering the apartments balconies while
job is in progress but it will result in a restored exterior for
everyone's enjoyment. On September 2025 plumbing repairs will take place in the sanitary line of apartments 01. The delay of this work is due to the contractor availability. Works will last for around 8 weeks. Keep you posted . . .
